This comprehensive service starts with an on-site meeting to discuss, in depth, your needs, wants and expectations for your space. The design process will begin with site measurements, photographs and an inventory of existing plant material. In preparing a concept plan, various elements, ie. water features, structures (pergolas, arbors, gazebos, sheds), pools, front entrances, driveways, fire pits, patios, walkways, lighting, trees, hedges and garden beds will will be considered with the limits of your budget in mind. Property survey & deposit required.
Garden Design (starting at $500 per area)
Tired, overgrown garden? I will help determine what to keep, what to pull out and what to add that will revitalize your existing garden.
New garden? I will help determine the shape and location of your new garden, and select site appropriate plants.
Our focus is on pollinator and butterfly habitat as part of a low maintenance perennial and shrub garden with four season interest. For both new and existing gardens, the process begins with photographing and measuring the site and a discussion of your plant preferences. The garden plan will be prepared using Dynascape software and delivered via email.
Landscape Consultation ($150)
The consultation begins with a walk about your property, where we will discuss your wish list for your outdoor living space. This is a working appointment where I provide you with valuable information, tips, advice, resources, so you will have a clearer sense of what the next steps will be to transform your dream into reality. This service can also be a garden coaching session for DIY gardeners. This consultation is the first step to subsequent design services.
